My career in real estate has been shaped by more than three decades of practical experience and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Alongside my professional work, I participated in the Real Estate Economics programme at the Deutsche Immobilien-Akademie (DIA) at the University of Freiburg, broadening my understanding of valuation, investment analysis and the wider real estate market.
Before establishing Immobilien Knees, I worked for several respected real estate companies in the Bonn region and later in the real estate division of one of Germany’s major savings banks. These roles provided valuable insight into brokerage, financing, valuation and the commercial aspects of property transactions.
Since becoming independent, I have advised private property owners, buyers, investors, families relocating to Germany and international clients on a wide range of residential property matters. My work includes acquisitions, sales, property valuations, due diligence and relocation assignments.
I deliberately work with a limited number of clients at any one time. This allows me to remain personally involved throughout every stage of the process, providing independent advice, direct communication and individual attention from our first conversation to completion.
I believe that successful real estate decisions are built on knowledge, experience and trust—not on sales pressure. My role is to help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
